Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@ewarehouseshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Remember, the return shipping is on us!

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items We do not accept returns for perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). Exchanges To exchange an item, simply return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags. Remember to keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company might take additional time to process and post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@ewarehouseshop.com.
