2. Shipping Providers:

Our commitment to excellence extends to our choice of carriers. We collaborate with renowned providers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

3. Shipping Rates:

Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): Free

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $6.95

Expedited Shipping (2 business days): $14.95

Priority Shipping (Next business day): $24.95

Note: Free Economy Shipping applies to all orders.

4. Handling Time:

For swift delivery, orders made before 2 pm PST during business days are dispatched on the same day. Orders made after this cut-off time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the subsequent business day.

5. Tracking Your Order:

As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email containing its tracking details. Alternatively, you can log into your eWarehouse account for real-time tracking information.

6. Special Shipping Procedures:

Our diverse product range sometimes demands specific shipping prerequisites, like temperature-sensitive items. We've got it covered, making sure each product's unique requirements are met, preserving its brand essence.

7. Damaged/Missing Deliveries:

In the rare event your product arrives damaged or if items are missing, please get in touch with our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package. We pledge to address and resolve any concerns promptly.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@ewarehouseshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Remember, the return shipping is on us!

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. We're here to help resolve any issues promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items We do not accept returns for perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also don’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us.

Exchanges To exchange an item, simply return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags. Remember to keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company might take additional time to process and post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@ewarehouseshop.com.
